Wolfenstein 1D is the crazy result of what happens when you take a 3D game (ala… the 1992 classic Wolfenstein 3D) and go in the opposite direction. I don’t think that description (or the screenshot) can do it justice to be honest… so check it our for yourself is all I can say :)

…Halo on the Atari 2600. It’s not a bad little action shooter (by Atari 2600 standards), but it’s worth a quick spin for the sheer thrill of playing a modern day shooter on a ~30 year old game console ;)

One of a fairly damn rad series of modern game de-make pieces by Junkboy. Excellent series of pieces he’s churned out… and I really wish that some of these would actually be real (the C64-esque Starcraft & Metal Gear Solid 4 ones in particular).
